Building Consent Authorities normally require detailed information on the balustrade product and it’s associated fixing details along with a Producer Statement, prior to issuing Building Consent.

pre-engineered fixing solutions available, making it easy to specify with confidence.
When submitting an application for building consent which incorporates an Arena balustrade, we suggest your submission includes the following documentation from the Arena Specifiers Manual;
